In an in vitro transdermal experiment, the abdominal skin of isolated Bama miniature pigs, which is closest to human skin, was taken as a model to compare the in vitro percutaneous penetration characteristics of our 10% Pro-Xylane oil and a famous Pro-Xylane face cream.

The test results indicated that under the same loading dose condition, the intradermal retention amount of our 10% Pro-Xylane oil was 3.5 times that of the famous Pro-Xylane face cream. Furthermore, the difference between sample batches of our 10% Pro-Xylane oil is smaller, indicating that it has a superior transdermal absorption rate and intradermal retention effect.

Bonerge utilizes nanocrystal technology, which enhances the solubility and bioavailability of active ingredients through two primary mechanisms. First, by reducing particle size to the nanoscale (typically 200–250 nm), the technology significantly increases the total surface area of the compound, enabling a much faster dissolution rate. Second, nanocrystals exist as discrete, pure crystalline particles without requiring harsh chemical solubilizers. Their strong adhesion to biological surfaces and ability to establish a high local concentration gradient markedly improve skin permeation and cellular uptake of otherwise poorly soluble actives, resulting in superior efficacy.

2. What is the mechanism of your oil-soluble technology?

Bonerge's oil-soluble technology utilizes a self-emulsifying system. Self-emulsifying systems form fine micro/nanoemulsions upon contact with lipids, dramatically increasing the surface area of the active ingredient. This enhances its solubilization within oily phases and significantly improves penetration through biological membranes, thereby boosting bioavailability.
