Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of key client relationships, establish long-term and stable cooperation with major customers, and continuously expand the key account base.

  • Formulate, implement, and optimize product sales strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and company business objectives to enhance market share and sales performance.

  • Set clear sales targets, develop actionable sales plans, and supervise the implementation process to ensure the timely achievement of individual and team sales goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product R&D) to provide customer feedback, support product promotion activities, and resolve complex customer issues.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Chimical or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of relevant sales experience in food supplements, pharmaceutical ingredients, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written), capable of conducting business negotiations and documentation in English.

  • Strong learning agility, able to quickly grasp product knowledge, market dynamics, and industry policies.

  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

  • Proactive attitude towards work, with good team leadership potential and collaborative spirit.
