Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of key client relationships, establish long-term and stable cooperation with major customers, and continuously expand the key account base.
Formulate, implement, and optimize product sales strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and company business objectives to enhance market share and sales performance.
Set clear sales targets, develop actionable sales plans, and supervise the implementation process to ensure the timely achievement of individual and team sales goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product R&D) to provide customer feedback, support product promotion activities, and resolve complex customer issues.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Chimical or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant sales experience in food supplements, pharmaceutical ingredients, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written), capable of conducting business negotiations and documentation in English.
Strong learning agility, able to quickly grasp product knowledge, market dynamics, and industry policies.
Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Proactive attitude towards work, with good team leadership potential and collaborative spirit.
