About S-Equol

Alleviate Menopausal Symptoms such as Hot Flashes & Muscle Stiffness
In a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, postmenopausal women received 10 mg of S-equol daily for 12 weeks. Compared to baseline, the S-equol group exhibited a significant 58.7% reduction in the frequency of hot flashes, whereas the placebo group showed only a 34.5% reduction.
Additionally, subjects in the S-equol group experienced a notable improvement in neck and shoulder muscle stiffness.
