GlucoSober™ Dihydroberberine
The New Crystal Granule of Dihydroberberine
· Dihydroberberine (DHB), which represents a bioactive form of berberine (BBR), occurs naturally within certain plants, including Coptis chinensis, Phellodendron amurense, etc.
· GlucoSoberTM represents the pioneering crystalline form of dihydroberberine. It effectively addresses the long-standing application challenges associated with dihydroberberine, including problems such as instability, low density, poor fluidity and high static electricity.

Scientific Researches

Reduce Visceral Fat More Effectively
In mice fed an HFD (high fat diet), treatment with DHB (100 mg/kg/day) markedly reduced adiposity (epididymal fat, muscle fat, liver fat), compared with HFD controls. At the same dose, BBR had no effect on adiposity.
Diabetes, 57(5), 1414–1418.

Maintain Cardiovascular Health
The in vivo study evaluated the arterial health effects of BBR and DHB. The result showed that DHB reduced the plaque area in mouse arteries by 44.4% and helped improve plaque stability when compared with the control group. While BBR at the same dosage did not show a beneficial effect.
Journal of translational medicine, 12, 326.

Regulate Intestinal Homeostasis
The goblet cells produce and secrete mucus to maintain the colon mucosal barrier. In vitro studies showed that the loss of goblet cells caused by DSS were significantly reversed by DHB, and AZA (a commonly used drug for colitis) groups. The effect of DHB (at a dose of 50 mg/kg) is much better than that of BBR and comparable to that of a 13 mg/kg dose of AZA.

Why Choose
GlucoSober

More Stable in Quality, More Guranteed in Efficacy
· Dihydroberberine will degrade under conditions such as high temperature, and contact with water.
· GlucoSober employs patented technology. Its unique crystal form is more stable and less likely to degrade.

More Excellent Bulk Density and Flowability
· Some DHB powder on the market is prone to moisture absorption and caking, has poor fluidity and low bulk density (<0.3 g/ml), not conducive to encapsulation and tableting.
· GlucoSober's crystal particle have a bulk density >0.5 g/ml, excellent fluidity, don't absorb moisture or cake when exposed to air.

More Credible With German Reference Standard
· There is no official USP standard for DHB. GlucoSober is the first to adopt the RS of Phytolab in Germany, thereby making the test results more accurate and trustworthy.
