· OSNE™ is a patented oil-soluble nanoemulsion that addresses the application challenge of active ingredients with poor oil solubility in skin care products
· An emulsion is a non-uniformly dispersed liquid formulation in which two immiscible liquid phases exist. In it, one phase is dispersed in the form of small droplets in the other liquid phase.

The Transdermal Mechanism of Emulsions

· The oil and surfactant in emulsions can reduce the diffusion barrier of the stratum corneum.
· The emulsion droplets dispersed in the continuous phase are only nanometer in size. In the emulsions, the thermodynamic activity of the inner phase droplets
encapsulating drugs is relatively high, making it extremely easy for the droplets loaded with active components to come into contact with the stratum corneum and enabling active substances to pass through the stratum corneum skin.
· The nanometer-sized droplets in emulsions can enter the skin through pathways such as skin appendages.
Features of the OSNE™ Platform
· Self-assembled amphiphilic nano-carrier locks in active ingredients.
· Active ingredient content in oil solution >10%.
· Dual-driven by formula system and manufacturing process innovation.
· Universal platform adaptable to most poorly oil-soluble active ingredients.
· Formula combination library for rapid iteration based on customer needs.
· Independent intellectual property rights. Patent No.# PCT/CN2024/123144

Flagship Product—— OSNE™ Pro-Xylane
· Alcohol-free formula with safe excipients, skin-friendly.
· Transparent and clean oil product.
· Nano-carrier particle size: 50nm ~100nm.
· Widely applicable in cosmetics and essential oils, solving the problem of water-soluble components in oil-soluble systems.
· Oil-soluble nanoparticles combine better with skin, increasing
· active ingredient transdermal rate. Backed by in vitro transdermal data.

In an in vitro transdermal experiment, the abdominal skin of isolated Bama miniature pigs, which is closest to human skin, was taken as a model to compare the in vitro percutaneous penetration characteristics of OSNE TM 10% Pro-Xylane oil and a famous Pro-Xylane face cream.
The test results indicated that under the same loading dose condition, the intradermal retention amount of OSNE™ 10% Pro-Xylane oil was 3.5 times that of the famous Pro-Xylane face cream. Furthermore, the difference between sample batches of OSNE™ 10% Pro-Xylane oil is smaller, indicating that it has a superior transdermal absorption rate and intradermal retention effect.
